Refund policy

We do not offer any returns or exchanges for any of our products.
Exchange or Refund will be only initiated under the following conditions :

  • If the product reached to you is defective or any product is missing
  • Unpacking video is required from the start of opening the parcel
  • 360 video with no cuts is mandatory
  • Proof of defect to be shared within 24 hours of delivery
  • After the Proof of verification is completed by our customer service team, refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method
  • For Exchange in case of damage, defect or missing product, once approved; New product will be processed and shipped within 3-4 working days
