1. Processing Time
- Non-Personalised orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Personalised orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days depending on the product & personalisation required (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location—generally 2 to 10 Working Days—and are approximately as follows:
- Maharashtra & Gujarat: 2–3 Working Days
- Other States: 4–7 Working Days
- Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 5–10 Working Days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery may differ slightly depending on various factors. Slight delay can happen during festive rush, natural calamity, any other unforeseen circumstances, etc.
3. Shipping Rates
- We’re pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over Rs. 699/-
- For orders totalling less than Rs. 699/-, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 80/- will be applied.

4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship Worldwide except Pakistan and Bangladesh. For details regarding International orders & shipping, please contact us on +91 88501 15117.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the shipping partner’s website.
Shipping partners attempt delivery of every order up to 3 times. If the receiver is unavailable during all 3 delivery attempts, the parcel is returned back to us. In such cases, if the sender wishes to have the parcel reshipped, an additional charge of ₹80/- will be applicable.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Personalix Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched from our end. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is mentioned accurately and in a detailed manner at checkout. Once an order is processed, we will not be able to make any changes.
